I recently co-authored an article over on Crowdexpert.com, where I discussed the potential for the SEC’s proposed reform of the Regulation A exemption pursuant to Title IV of the JOBS Act — called Regulation A+ — to serve as a vehicle for crowdfunding, possibly a better crowdfunding vehicle than the equity crowdfunding exemption established in Title III of the JOBS Act that everyone is waiting for.
